Our Made-to-Order Promise
Every piece from The Mantel Swap is printed just for you when you order. That means less waste and no warehouses full of unsold stock. It also means we handle returns a little differently than a big-box store.

Damaged, defective, or wrong item? We'll make it right.
If your order arrives damaged, has a printing defect, or isn't what you ordered, email us within 30 days of delivery at hello@themantelswap.com with your order number and a photo of the problem. We'll send a free replacement or a full refund, whichever you prefer. You don't need to send anything back.

Lost packages
If tracking shows your package hasn't moved in 10 or more business days, or it never arrived, contact us and we'll reship it or refund you.

Changed your mind?
Because each item is custom-made, we can't accept returns or exchanges for a change of mind, a wrong size chosen at checkout, or color differences caused by screen settings. Please check sizes before ordering; every product is listed with its exact dimensions.

Cancellations
Need to cancel? Email us within 12 hours of placing your order. After that, your item has usually gone into production and can't be canceled.

Refunds
Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
